The first from a series of psychoacoustic works. The sensory and perceptual experience of listening to "View From Nowhere" lies in sound synthesis and audio processing. because of the brain's synthesis of the low frequency sound from the differences of present harmonics, Phantom fundamentals can sometimes be heard in both tracks. This is in fact an auditory illusion. The strange bass line in the first track uses the Inter-aural phase difference as a technique to change the interpretation of sound in each listening. In "Multivariable", a similar event happens but with percussive noise timbres.
